I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, supporting individuals and couples as they navigate identity, self-acceptance, trauma, shame, and the quiet exhaustion that often comes from moving through a world shaped by heteronormativity. My clients are often facing the layered complexities of relationships, dating, sex, love, and belonging in spaces where their experiences are minimized—or entirely erased. It’s not easy work, and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you—to hold space for the victories, fears, struggles, and the moments of joy that come with living more fully and authentically.

Over email we’ll find a good time to complete a free telephone consultation. This 15-20 minute phone call gives you an opportunity to get a sense of how it feels to work with me and what brings you into therapy. We’ll ensure we are a good fit, discuss paperwork, and scheduling logistics.

step 3 : complete paperwork
During the consultation, I’ll give you instructions for filling out paperwork. This will be your final step before we have our first session together!
